The OP certainly seems lost with his note-taking. I’ve been a developer for 12+ years and I promise that I still use Stack Overflow and Google daily to answer questions. I just know the question to ask faster and how to evaluate the answers better.

People are looking for “regular people” showing off their PKM. Specifically, they’re not looking for content creators showing off content creation-focused stuff.

I found this post on salary transparency interesting. When I’ve done hiring I always post the salary range. After research, while hiring I found that women and minority applicants regularly were paid lower than white dudes if they were left to advocate for their own salary and I didn’t like that idea at all.
