I'm working on a longer article all about happiness and in the midst of this, I was thinking of Beau Miles. Beau is a Professor and YouTuber. He does random stuff like walk to work and live on the street as he does it. That means he eats food off the ground.

Recently he ran a proper marathon, 42.195 kilometers on his 42.195 birthday. He ran this around his town remembering his childhood.

Then he bought an olive tree and ran with it on his back because that's the stuff that Beau does.

What struck me about Beau is that he just seems happy doing his weird stuff. Oh, I'm sure he's not always happy, but there is always something charming about watching him plant trees and greet dogs.

If you're looking for something to brighten up your day I'd recommend clicking the link at the beginning of this and watching a few of his videos.

I hope we can all achieve this charming quiet happiness in our lives.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on happiness. Is it something we should be at work, at home...? Is it something elusive that we'll never find? Is it something that depends on our attitudes?
