If you're making use of daily notes to track things then you're going to need to have a system to review things in the future. This is where the Review plugin for Obsidian comes in.
Before you install Review you need to make sure that you have the Natural Language Dates plugin installed as well. Review relies on this plugin to parse the dates you put in.
To install this plugin go to the Community Plugins tab and search for Review. Then select Install and then Enable. To go directly to the options select Opitions once it's enabled.
Review settings
From the settings section you can change the heading you place any items to review under. You can also set the prefix the plugin uses at the beginning of the line or how it embeds any block-level review items. Finally, you can change the default review date for the note from tomorrow to whatever default interval you want. ^pl9ije2
To invoke the plugin use the Command menu via ⌘ + P on macOS or CTRL + P on Windows. Then select Review: Add this note to a daily note for review or Review: Add this block to a daily note for review.
Review commands
Once you choose a review option you'll be presented with a date box that allows you to choose when you want to review your note or block.

Once you've selected an interval Review will append a link to your note in a future daily note so that you remember to review it.
One modification I like to make is to add the notation for a task as the default option for the beginning of lines. That way when a note is reviewed I can mark it as completed. When you do this make sure you add the trailing space after your last ] or it won't show up as a task.
