Heather makes a good case that LinkedIn has more bad data about you than good. I know I’ve never found much use in LinkedIn and when I found out about the LinkedIn AI bullshit I went in and turned it off, along with a bunch of other dumb stuff that was active for my account.

Every few months I’ll look at the site only to start getting a flood of emails for the next number of weeks trying to encourage me to do more. But I’m not looking for work, I’m happily working so why on earth would I spend time on LinkedIn?
