A +1 for Proton. I moved from Hey to Proton a couple of months ago, and I think it’s a great email service. Are there a few things I think it’s missing? Sure, but these were features I liked in Hey, but they were definitely not a deal breaker when I moved to Proton.
Thanks for the vote.
Ah, thanks for the reminder to look and maybe move to other non-bad-boys apps.
Windows aside, have you seen Derek Siver’s “Tech Independance” statement?

… I think as and when I get the space, time and a replacement to this PC (a little early) I might see if I can shift over a little more inline with this, updated, as target…
I don’t think I have read that. Thanks for the link.
I have done many moves to Linux over the years but kept going back to macOS. It’s been 3 years now on Fedora and about 8 months with Hyprland as my desktop environment. At this point I don’t see a reason to go back and pay Apple’s prices ever.
