This is a timely video given my work to cut down screentime. When I go to the bookstore I leave my phone in the car. If I'm going to sit for a while and read I take my HiF Walker with me and listen to music. This is some of the time I look forward too most. Sitting with a book and a notebook and just reading without anyone having the option to contact me. Sure my wife could call the bookstore if she needed, but that only helps ensure that she'll only put in the effort if it's a real emergency, not just random shit.
