If you think all the magical creatures in the world were myth, you’ve fallen for the same protection magic that the rest of the world has. Christopher however is different. All the animals love him and after a trip to his Grandfather’s he finds out he’s from a line of guardians that guard the portal to the part of earth where the creatures and magic still exist.
This was a fun young adult adventure novel. My 11-year-old loves it and asked me to read it so we could talk about the story. I’m glad I did and look forward to the second book in the series.
