As people who run teams, we should be helping our teams run well. They should be productive and equipped with everything they need to keep the ball rolling.
Some of you may be like me — you like to see things written down, with clear dates and tasks assigned to you.
Some of you hate that though, so for you I’ve got the ‘nagging’ method.

Allowing my team members to nag me for things they need would not work for me since I keep outside communication turned off much of the day. But maybe you need to keep your communication turned on and let those nags come in so you can help your team be maximally productive.
