I like the observation around 5:00 about the issues with different types of systems. Paper systems are a bunch of management in flipping pages. Yes I know paper planner people say (and I agree) that if it’s feeling like too much management it’s because the tasks you’re moving around are of little value.

The problem with Task Management apps is that they don’t deal with teams well. They’re disconnected from the work that’s actually happening.

Project Management apps like Asana, are directly in the work you’re doing and have the communication about the work right in front of you as well.
