I already price based on value so the take aways for me are how I’m going to show my pricing. One main price with what it includes. Then put some ‘options’ for clients to choose from.

I’ll be working more and more to move away from hourly pricing as well. It’s hard to do that for smaller site ‘fixes’ though. The client wants the site to work and you are going to spend the time to fix it.
