Do you have some CRM recommendations?

Today I got asked about which CRM I use after the emailer read my post on Daylite.

  1. Surfacing is a great feature that no one is taking advantage. Most CRMs assume you actually WANT to contact people all of the time and can’t fathom that some of your customer base might be dying on the vine.

    • When/if I’m able to build the one I’m working on it will send out email reminders to touch base with older clients. Like what Micheal Port talked about in his interview on the Freelancer’s Show.
