  1. The lack of a proposal system is my horror story. So far my “proposals” are an email thread that goes back and forth discussing specs and price.

    This year I am doing an effort to get rid of bad habits and build systems in my business. Writing effective proposals that communicate value and build trust is one of my goals. Winning a copy of your book will help me tremendously.
