We Should Have Salary Transparency

I think that salary transparency is important and the only reason companies could really want to hide it is to keep employees from knowing they get paid less.

Especially women.

  1. In general, I agree. But there is always going to be some whiner that complains they don’t get paid the same even while doing inferior work (I dated one) There has to be some sort of hr policy so these idiots don’t brow beat management into rewarding them.

    • Yes, there does need to be a process in place. I think that the few (mostly men) that are whining are far outweighed in benefit to the women that will suddenly get an increase in pay.
